What we own
The Aratrikkaz brand name, the brand mark (including the Devanagari rendering), all original photography, video, written copy (product descriptions, editorial pieces, journal posts, founder note, manifesto), the design system, code, and user interface elements are protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international treaties.
Cluster + designer credits
Original weaver craft (Banarasi, Kanjivaram, Chikankari, Bandhani patterns) is the cultural heritage of the named weaver communities. Aratrikkaz acknowledges this heritage by naming the cluster and region on every product. We claim copyright only in our own designed assemblies, photography, and editorial copy — not in traditional motifs or techniques themselves.
What you may do
- Share product URLs on personal social media with attribution
- Quote brief excerpts from editorial pieces with attribution and a link
- Download invoices, shipping confirmations, and order documents we send to you
- Use product images we share with you for personal social media posts (please tag @aratrikkaz)
What you may not do
- Reproduce product photography or editorial pieces commercially
- Use Aratrikkaz branding to suggest endorsement or partnership
- Train AI models on our content without express written permission
- Mirror or scrape the site for redistribution
- Modify and re-distribute our editorial pieces
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice including:
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed
- URL of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact details
- A good-faith statement that you have authority to claim
- A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
