These are commitments, not marketing copy. If we ever fall short on any of them, message us. We will fix it.

Named-cluster sourcing.
Every piece on this site names the cluster where it was woven. Banarasi from Banaras, Kanjivaram from Kanchipuram, chikankari from Lucknow, bandhani from Kutch. No power-loom imitations. No anonymous suppliers.

Fair-wage commitments.
We pay our weaver clusters and embroidery collectives by the piece at rates we publish openly. We do not negotiate fees down. We do not source from cluster middlemen who underpay artisans.

Custom-fit on every piece.
Every garment can be stitched to your measurements. No one-size-fits-most assumptions. Saved measurements per wearer profile mean your sister's lehenga and your mother's lehenga are each cut for them.

Duties prepaid worldwide.
We ship to 60+ countries with duties paid at our end where the market supports it. You should not have to fight a customs office for the right to wear what your mother wore.

Twelve-hour concierge.
Message us on WhatsApp and someone — often Ketaki herself — replies within twelve business hours, in the timezone of whoever messaged us. No chatbots, no scripted replies, no off-shore queue.

Lifetime re-tailoring.
If a piece we made for you ever needs adjustment — weight changed, fit changed, you want to recut a saree's blouse — message us. We will re-tailor at our cost, anywhere in the world, for as long as we are in business.
One more thing.
We are a small business. We will sometimes be slow because the weavers we work with are slow. We will sometimes be wrong because we are humans making decisions about strangers’ weddings. When either happens, we will tell you and we will fix it. That is the seventh promise.
