We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, here's exactly what to do — without small print. This policy sits alongside our Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) consumer guarantees, which remain unaffected.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). These consumer guarantees apply automatically and in addition to the voluntary return windows below.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure (e.g. the piece is significantly different from how it was described, has a fault that would have stopped you from buying it, or is unsafe). You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Pre-stitched pieces · 30-day change-of-mind window
Unstitched fabric · 14 days
Custom-stitched pieces · not refundable for change-of-mind
However: if there is a manufacturing fault, or the piece does not match the agreed specifications, ACL consumer guarantees apply in full. We will refund, remake, or repair at no cost. If the fit drifts over time (weight change, pregnancy, etc.), we offer lifetime re-tailoring at our cost, anywhere in the world.
International returns
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Items not eligible
- Pieces that have been worn (other than briefly to try on)
- Pieces with tags removed or damaged
- Pieces returned without original packaging
- Custom-stitched pieces (except for fault — see above)
- Gift cards (when introduced)
- Sale or final-clearance items (unless faulty)
These restrictions apply only to voluntary change-of-mind returns. ACL consumer guarantees always apply regardless of these conditions.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp or email returns@aratrikkaz.com with your order number and the reason
- We'll send return instructions and (for international orders) a prepaid label within 24 business hours
- Pack carefully — keep the original packaging where possible
- We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your return
- Refunds appear on your card in 5-10 business days after processing
